Thomas D. Prickett earned his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law in 2010, and earned his B.A. at Hastings College in 2007. He is admitted to practice in Iowa and Nebraska.
Tom’s practice focuses on civil litigation in a wide variety of practice areas. Tom has prosecuted many appeals and successfully argued before the Nebraska Court of Appeals and the Iowa Court of Appeals. Tom has litigation experience in a broad range of cases and subject matter including, but not limited to: A multi-million-dollar private arbitration; A family dispute over millions of dollars of farmland; Dissolution of marriage and Spousal Support; Shareholder litigation; Business Divorce; and Restrictive Covenant litigation.
Tom was born in Des Moines, Iowa, and raised on a farm in Southwest Iowa. He has always been active and particularly enjoys the outdoors. Tom has shown quarter horses competitively, played soccer in high school and college, and earned his black belt in taekwondo.
